New Delhi, Sept. 3 -- In a bid to reduce the need to repeatedly dig up and repair roads, the Rekha Gupta-led government has decided to lay Multi-Utility Ducts (MUDs) across the city, with shared underground corridors for various essential services.

The decision was taken at a recently held cabinet meeting here chaired by CM Gutpa.
