Flashback : In the film, when the villain Mandar Bose (Kamu Mukherjee) pushed the real Dr. Hemanga Hajra (Shailen Mukherjee) from the Nahargarh fort and presumed him dead, and when little Mukul asked where Dr. Hazra is, Mandar Bose said he has vanished and welcomed the main villain, Ajoy Banerjee (Bhavananda) the fake Dr. Hazra.
