Thiruvananthapuram, May 27 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday carried out simultaneous raids at multiple residences linked to former Kerala Chief Minister and current Opposition Leader in the Kerala Legislative Assembly, Pinarayi Vijayan, and his family members in connection with ongoing investigations into alleged financial irregularities and suspected financial transactions under scrutiny by central agencies.
ED teams conducted searches at houses associated with Vijayan in Kannur and Thiruvananthapuram, including his recently rented residence near Bakery Junction in the state capital.
