New Delhi, April 7 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday said it has provisionally attached movable and immovable properties worth Rs 39.45 crore belonging to Al-Falah Charitable Trust and its Managing Trustee, Jawad Ahmad Siddiqui.
A senior ED official stated that the attached assets include the residential premises of Jawad Ahmad Siddiqui located in Jamia Nagar, Okhla, Delhi; agricultural land at Village Dhauj, Faridabad, adjacent to the Al-Falah University campus; as well as demat holdings, bank balances, and fixed deposits of Siddiqui and the Trust.
