Bhubaneswar, June 17 -- East Coast Railway (ECoR) has announced temporary changes in train operations to facilitate ongoing safety-related modernisation works at Puri Railway Station.
The railway authorities said the measures are aimed at strengthening infrastructure, improving operational efficiency and ensuring safer train operations during the execution of the upgrade works.
As part of the temporary arrangements, ECoR has cancelled several train services. The 18415 Barbil-Puri Express, scheduled to commence its journey from Barbil on June 19, and the 18416 Puri-Barbil Express, scheduled to depart from Puri on June 18, will remain cancelled.
