Bhubaneswar, Sept. 13 -- East Coast Railway (ECoR) General Manager Parameswar Funkwal on Sunday inspected the Rayagada-Koraput-Jeypore railway section and reviewed safety, train operations and ongoing infrastructure development works along the route.
During the inspection, Funkwal undertook a window trailing from Rayagada to Jeypore and reviewed the condition of the railway track, signalling system, train operations and various infrastructure works being executed in the section.
He also reviewed the progress of the ongoing doubling work between Singapur Road and Koraput, including major engineering works being carried out under the project.
