Lucknow, Aug. 24 -- Chief Election Commissioner of India Gyanesh Kumar on Monday said that the Election Commission of India (ECI) is committed to conducting free, fair and transparent elections in accordance with the Constitution, laws and established guidelines.
Addressing students at Colvin Taluqdars' College in Lucknow, Kumar said that young people are the most important force behind the country's democratic future. He stressed that greater awareness and participation among young voters would further strengthen Indian democracy.
