Hyderabad, June 11 -- EBG Group on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Australia-based Universal Fitness Group to establish more than 30 premium health, fitness and wellness centres across India over the next five years, backed by a planned investment of Rs 300 crore.
Under the partnership, EBG Group will lead the development, rollout and operations of the Universal Fitness brand in India. The venture also plans to set up two destination wellness retreats as part of its expansion strategy. Hyderabad and Bengaluru will be the first cities to host the facilities, followed by Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune and other major urban centres.
