New Delhi, Sept. 26 -- The Delhi Police apprehended three persons allegedly involved in a case of firing, within 12 hours after filing the case, and also recovered firearms in this connection.
On Friday, a PCR call regarding firing of gunshots in the air by three persons was received at Police Station Vivek Vihar, East Delhi. Police reached the spot near Kasturba Underpass, where two empty shells were found on the main road.
At the site, the caller stated that a quarrel had broken out during a Ganesh Visarjan procession between his cousin and the alleged accused persons, following which aerial shots were fired.
