New Delhi, June 30 -- In a major crackdown under its "No Guns, No Gangs" campaign, the Dwarka District Police's Special Staff has arrested a habitual criminal allegedly associated with the Kapil Sangwan alias Nandu gang, along with his facilitator who allegedly supplied illegal weapons and a stolen Skoda car. Police recovered two country-made pistols, two live cartridges and the stolen vehicle during the operation.
Dwarka DCP Kushal Pal Singh said the district police remain committed to eliminating illegal firearms and organised crime, adding that the operation reflects Delhi Police's resolve to ensure that criminals are denied the opportunity to carry weapons or carry out violent offences.
