New Delhi, April 7 -- Delhi State Cancer Institute (DSCI) on Tuesday organised its fifth Cancer Awareness, Prevention and Screening (CAPS) Camp at the Delhi Police headquarters on the occasion of World Health Day, registering robust participation from police personnel.
The day-long camp, held from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, focused on early detection of cancer and promoting routine screening practices among frontline personnel.
Officials said the initiative is part of a broader effort to integrate preventive healthcare into daily life and reduce the long-term burden of cancer.
A range of free screening services was provided, including tests for breast, cervical, oral and prostate cancers.
