Hyderabad, April 22 -- The Defence Electronics Research Laboratory organised a one-day exhibition titled 'SAMRAKSHAK' in Hyderabad on Wednesday, showcasing advanced indigenous counter-drone systems developed by various DRDO laboratories.
In his chief guest address, Samir V Kamat, Secretary (DDR&D) and Chairman of Defence Research and Development Organisation, highlighted the growing importance of counter-drone technologies amid evolving warfare scenarios and lauded DRDO laboratories for developing cutting-edge indigenous systems. He said such events help bring stakeholders together to chart a roadmap for addressing emerging security challenges.
