Pune, Feb. 27 -- Dnyaan Prasad Global University (DPGU) School for Hospitality and Tourism hosted the much-awaited "Netflix Sensation - Celebrity Master Workshop" on its campus at Tathawade, Pune, led by world-famous chef and multi-award-winning cake artist, Chef Hemu Basu, a release stated on Friday.
Chef Hemu demonstrated many of her advanced sculpting techniques, as well as structural cake design, flawless fondant techniques, detailing of edible items, colour harmonies and presentation aesthetics. Students from DPGU and other participants received hands-on experience learning how to create visually appealing and life-like edible works of art, the release noted.
