He emphasised that doctors must cultivate compassion and empathy alongside knowledge and technical expertise, and serve the people in the true spirit of "service is the highest duty."Addressing students as the chief guest at the 175th convocation of Osmania Medical College (OMC), the Governor said the institution has, over the years, built a distinguished legacy of producing dedicated and skilled medical professionals for the nation.
