Chennai, Sept. 12 -- The main Opposition DMK on Saturday staged protest demonstrations across Tamil Nadu on Saturday condemning TVK Founder Chief Minister Vijay's abhorrent and body-shaming remarks in the State Assembly against party president and former CM M.K.Stalin and for making vituperative remarks on late leaders DMK Patriarch and former CM M.Karunanidhi and his nephew and former union Minister Murasoli Maran.
The protest demonstration was at all district headquarters across the State to condemn what it described as Vijay's scurrilous, outrageous and denigrated remarks against Stalin and belitting his sacrifice made when he was detained under MISA during the Emergency.
