New Delhi, June 7 -- Senior Congress leader and Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Education, Skill Development, Women, Children, Youth and Sports, Digvijaya Singh has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking an immediate halt to what he described as the "arbitrary and unplanned" introduction of a third language in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum for Classes 9 and 10.
