Patna, July 4 -- Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey on Saturday hailed the Bihar government's push for digital governance and technological advancement, saying the reforms would help transform the state into one of India's leading technology hubs.
Pandey said the government led by Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary is committed to leveraging technology to improve governance, enhance transparency and strengthen public service delivery.
