Ranchi, Nov. 7 -- The Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI) on Saturday expressed satisfaction over the encouraging response to local markets on Dhanteras, saying businesses across several sectors witnessed positive customer interest.
FJCCI president Tulsi Patel said markets remained active during the festive occasion, with good customer response in gold and silver, automobiles, electronics and other sectors. The positive trend had generated enthusiasm and satisfaction among traders, he said.
Patel also appreciated the district administration and traffic police for managing festive crowds and ensuring smooth movement of traffic in busy market areas.
