Srinagar, July 4 -- Director General of Police (DGP) Nalin Prabhat on Saturday directed all security agencies to maintain the highest level of operational preparedness across Jammu and Kashmir, with enhanced surveillance, intensified area and night domination exercises, and seamless inter-agency coordination to ensure the smooth and safe conduct of the ongoing Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra.
Chairing a union Territory-wide security review meeting at the Police Control Room Kashmir, the DGP reviewed the security and logistical arrangements for the annual pilgrimage.
