New Delhi, April 12 -- Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) president Devender Yadav criticised the BJP governments at the Centre and in Delhi, alleging that their policies have contributed to rising unemployment among educated women in the national capital.

While addressing the media, Yadav termed the situation a clear indictment of the BJP's governance, claiming that despite repeated assertions on women's empowerment, Delhi's female workforce participation remains below the national average of 35 per cent.

He pointed out that this was particularly concerning given that women in Delhi are among the most educated in the country.
