New Delhi, July 22 -- Light showers were reported across parts of the national capital on Wednesday, keeping temperatures below normal and providing relief from humid conditions, even as the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast more rain and thunderstorms over the next two days.
According to the IMD, very light to light rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning occurred at most places in Delhi during the day. Maximum temperatures across the city remained in the range of 32-34 degrees Celsius, while minimum temperatures were between 23 and 26 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperatures were appreciably below normal at isolated places, while maximum temperatures were below normal in a few areas.
