New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- Delhi citizens will now have a simpler, more interactive, accessible and secure way to access traffic-related information and services online, as Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu today launched the upgraded website of the Traffic Police.
LG said that the platform must go beyond being an administrative interface and become an interactive hub for road safety awareness, civic education and proactive citizen participation.
He stressed upon the importance of using technology to make public services more accessible, efficient and responsive to citizens' needs.
