New Delhi, June 5 -- Delhi Legislative Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta urged citizens to transition from passive observers to active "guardians of nature," stressing that every household in Delhi should adopt at least one tree.
The remarks were made on the occasion of World Environment Day, as the Speaker led the plantation drive in the State Assembly on Friday.
