New Delhi, March 16 -- Hours after Delhi's main opposition Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) released a video where a purported police officer was heard saying calls are received from the chief minister and BJP leaders whenever the cops act against drug peddlers, the authorities on Sunday took action against the officer saying what he said didn't reflect the official position of the union Territory's police.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police, North West Delhi, said the remarks made by the Additional Station House Officer from Bharat Nagar Police Station was not in tune with the official stand of Delhi Police.
