New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- Delhi experienced generally warm and humid weather on Wednesday, with isolated areas receiving very light to light rainfall during the past 24 hours.
The Safdarjung Observatory recorded a maximum temperature of 36.0 degrees Celsius, which was 1.8 deg C above normal, while the minimum temperature was 27.4 deg C, around 0.9 deg C above normal. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast generally cloudy skies and spells of rain across the national capital, with moderate rainfall likely at isolated places during Wednesday evening and night.
