Varanasi, July 19 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, on the second day of her two-day visit to Varanasi, celebrated her birthday today by enjoying the spiritual faith, cultural heritage, and Banarasi cuisine of the holy city of Kashi.
She first performed the ceremonial darshan and puja at the Kotwal Kaal Bhairav Temple in Kashi, seeking blessings. She then visited the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham and offered water to Baba Vishwanath. She toured the Vishwanath Dham corridor, appreciating its grandeur and praising the spiritual atmosphere of Kashi.
