New Delhi, March 18 -- Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva on Wednesday expressed grief over the tragic fire incident in Palam that has claimed nine lives, adding that the Chief Minister has ordered an inquiry into the incident.
Sachdeva emphasised that the government will focus on preventing such incidents in the future as well as in ensuring prompt rescue operations in the event of a fire.
He strongly condemned the "petty statements and inappropriate press conference" conducted by Aam Aadmi Party leaders Arvind Kejriwal and Saurabh Bhardwaj regarding the Palam fire incident.
