New Delhi, April 14 -- Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta has written to the city police commissioner to take immediate steps to strengthen security arrangements in and around the legislature premises to prevent any untoward incident in the light of bomb threats sent to the official email ID of the Assembly, as well as to his personal email ID over the past few weeks.
He shot off the letter soon after a threat email was received on Monday. He asked the police chief to probe the matter on a top priority basis and trace source of such e-mails.
