New Delhi, July 28 -- The five-day-long monsoon session of the Delhi Assembly will commence on August 7.
"The Monsoon Session of the Delhi Assembly will be held from August 7 to August 11," the Chief Minister's Office said in a statement on Tuesday.
"The decision was taken during a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta at the Delhi Secretariat on Tuesday," the statement noted.
The Chief Minister stated that discussions on issues related to Delhi's development and public welfare schemes would take place during the session.
