New Delhi, July 26 -- Delhi BJP chief Harsh Malhotra, after listening to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat' radio programme along with public and party leaders, today observed silence and paid tribute to the soldiers who were martyred in the Kargil War.
Speaking to the media on the occasion, he described PM's 'Mann Ki Baat' programme as inspiring, and said that on Kargil Vijay Diwas, PM respectfully paid homage to the brave martyrs and soldiers of the country and remembered their indomitable courage and sacrifice.
