Chandigarh, June 5 -- Senior Congress leader and Bholath MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira launched a scathing attack on the Bhagwant Mann-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government on Friday, following the grant of default bail to an accused involved in the theft of 328 'Saroops' of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Presenting copies of the court order, Khaira termed the development a glaring testament to the state government's gross incompetence, administrative negligence, and lack of seriousness in prosecuting sensitive sacrilege-related matters.
