Lucknow, June 5 -- Defence Minister and Lucknow MP Rajnath Singh, who reached here Friday noon on a three-day visit to his constituency, met with the families of several deceased, including Samajwadi Party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav's son Prateek Yadav, and expressed condolences. He then planted trees as part of an environmental conservation campaign.
After landing at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport at 11:30 am, Mr Singh was welcomed by Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak and Lucknow Mayor Sushma Kharwal.
