Nagpur, Sept. 5 -- : union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari on Saturday expressed concern over the declining trust in institutions, stating that the media is facing the most serious credibility challenge among all sectors.

Addressing the IIM Nagpur Media Conclave 2026 on the theme "Media, Leadership and the New World Order", Gadkari underlined the vital role of an independent judiciary and a free, impartial media in ensuring the healthy functioning of a democracy.
