Kolkata, May 2 -- West Bengal's Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Manoj Kumar Agarwal on Saturday said that the final decision to conduct repolls in Falta, in South 24 Parganas district, is subject to the "assessment done by the general observer and the team there."According to Agarwal, the report has been sent by the general observer and it was "still being processed.""They have sent a status report.
