Kolkata, June 9 -- Trinamool Congress MP and Bengali film actor Deb sought to put an end to speculation over his political future and said there is no possibility of him switching camps at present.
The controversy regarding the future of the actor's political career surfaced after his name figured among 14 Trinamool Congress MPs who on Monday held a closed-door meeting with union Environment Minister and BJP leader Bhupender Yadav in New Delhi.
"I am not joining any new Trinamool. My respect and love for Mamata Banerjee will remain the same throughout my life," Deb told the media after attending the administrative meeting convened by chief minister Suvendu Adhikari on Tuesday at Kolaghat in East Midnapore.
