Hyderabad, May 11 -- Cyient Semiconductors Private Limited on Monday announced the launch of seven new gallium nitride (GaN) power devices for the Indian market, developed using Navitas Semiconductor's GaN technology.
The launch marks Cyient Semiconductors' first commercial GaN product family and a significant step toward strengthening India's domestic power semiconductor ecosystem.
The new portfolio is aimed at addressing the growing demand for high-efficiency and high-power-density solutions across AI data centres, telecommunications, consumer fast charging, industrial power systems, and e-mobility platforms, the Hyderabad based company said in a release.
