New Delhi, Sept. 20 -- Delhi Police have sharply reduced pendency under the Money Restoration Module (MRM) and Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) of the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre (I4C), bringing the pendency in both mechanisms down from around 90 per cent a month ago to 13.60 per cent and 16.30 per cent, respectively.
The improvement has been achieved through sustained monitoring, regular reviews, close supervision and coordination between the Delhi Police headquarters and the Indian Financial Services and Online Cybercrime Reporting (IFSO) Unit at Dwarka, officials said.
