Hyderabad, May 25 -- : Cyberabad Traffic Police conducted a special weekend drunk-and-drive enforcement drive and apprehended 294 offenders across various categories of vehicles.
The vehicle-wise breakup included 255 two-wheelers, five three-wheelers, and 34 four-wheelers, while no heavy vehicle drivers were booked during the drive, the Traffic police said in a release here on Monday.
Police said 244 offenders recorded Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) levels between 36 mg/100 ml and 200 mg/100 ml, while 30 offenders had BAC levels ranging from 201 mg/100 ml to 300 mg/100 ml.
Another 20 offenders were found with BAC levels ranging from 301 mg/100 ml to 550 mg/100 ml.
All offenders will be produced before the court, police said.
