New Delhi, July 23 -- The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) on Thursday transferred four technologies developed by its Chandigarh-based laboratory, CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments Organisation (CSIR-CSIO), to industry partners and commercially launched an Internet of Things (IoT)-based rural water monitoring system, said officials from the Ministry.
The technology transfer event, held at CSIR headquarters in New Delhi, also marked the recognition of Rs 1.67 crore in royalty received from Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Panchkula, during FY 2025-26 for licensed production of indigenous defence technologies.
