Bhubaneswar, June 18 -- Odisha's Comprehensive Regional Urban Transport (CRUT) has emerged as a national model in sustainable and citizen-centric public transportation, driving a major transformation in urban mobility through rapid expansion of electric bus services and technology-enabled commuter solutions.
Between 2024 and April 2026, CRUT significantly expanded its public transport network, increasing its active fleet strength to 760 buses and accelerating Odisha's transition towards green and sustainable mobility.
