Pune, Oct. 7 -- The further cross-examination of complainant Satyaki Savarkar is scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, October 8, in the criminal defamation case filed against Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi over his alleged defamatory remarks concerning freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.
The proceedings will be held before Judge Amol Shriram Shinde of the Special MP-MLA Court in Pune.
Advocate Milind Dattatray Pawar, representing Rahul Gandhi, is conducting the cross-examination of the complainant.
