Thiruvananthapuram, July 14 -- Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala has ordered a Crime Branch investigation into an alleged audio recording purportedly featuring former Electricity Minister K. Krishnankutty, which reportedly claims that the devastating 2018 Kerala floods were man-made and the result of a criminal conspiracy.
The order was issued following a complaint filed by a private individual seeking a comprehensive investigation into the authenticity and contents of the audio recording and urging the government to establish the truth behind the allegations.
