Imphal, Aug. 3 -- The Directorate of Craftsmen Training (DCT), Government of Manipur, on Monday held a day-long training programme aimed at reshaping how the state's public servants think about their work - not simply as duty, but as a continuing exercise in learning and accountability.

The One-Day Karmayogi Kartavya Karyakram (KKK) Training Programme, held at the DCT's Conference Hall in Lamphelpat, forms part of a nationwide effort under Mission Karmayogi - the Centre's National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) - which the Government of India launched to modernise the way bureaucracies train and evaluate their workforce.
