Patna, April 10 -- Launching a sharp political attack on the ruling dispensation, the Communist Party of India (CPI) on Friday alleged that the law and order situation in Bihar has "completely collapsed," holding the NDA government responsible for the rise in crime.
CPI state secretary Ram Naresh Pandey said that increasing incidents of murder and crime have created an atmosphere of fear and insecurity across the state. He alleged that criminals are operating with impunity, with cases of daylight killings becoming frequent.
