Hyderabad, June 2 -- Communist Party of India (CPI) State Secretary and MLA Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao on Tuesday said the sacrifices made by communists and Telangana martyrs were inseparable from the history of Telangana and stressed that the aspirations of the people were yet to be fully realised.
Addressing Telangana Formation Day celebrations held at the CPI state office, Makhdoom Bhavan, Kunamneni paid tributes to the martyrs and unfurled the National Flag. He said the CPI had played a historic role in both the Telangana Armed Struggle and the movement for separate statehood.
