Kolkata, April 4 -- The CPI(M) on Saturday released its manifesto for the West Bengal Assembly Election 2026, outlining a broad agenda centred on employment generation, industrial growth, social welfare and corruption-free governance.

The manifesto was unveiled at Promod Dasgupta Bhavan in the presence of Biman Basu and Md Salim, with the slogan "Jobs, not temple-mosque politics" forming its core message.

Placing strong emphasis on employment and industrialisation, CPI(M) has promised permanent jobs for every family and at least two job options for each registered unemployed individual.
