Chennai, Aug. 22 -- Stung by the studied silence of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay on the official circular directing Heads of Colleges and Universities to prevent students from participating in protests by the Cockroach Janata Party and the Left Parties, the CPI(M) on Saturday demanded the scalp of Chief Secretary M Sai Kumar and asked whether the Chief Minister intends to run the government with the support of the Left parties or remain subservient to the officialdom.
