Hyderabad, July 15 -- Communist Party of India (Marxist) CPI(M) Politburo member B V Raghavulu on Wednesday urged the Centre and the Telangana government to immediately release job calendars and fill all vacant posts, asserting that the country has moved from "jobless growth" to "job-loss growth" under the Narendra Modi government.

Addressing a massive protest of unemployed youth at Dharna Chowk, Indira Park, organised by the CPI(M), Raghavulu demanded that food, education, healthcare, employment and pensions be recognised as fundamental rights.

He alleged that unemployment in the country has worsened over the past five years and criticised increasing automation and corporate-driven policies for reducing employment opportunities.
