Hyderabad, March 20 -- Communist Party of India (CPI) Legislative Party leader Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao on Friday described the Telangana Budget 2026-27 as a "mixed bag," likening it to Ugadi Pachadi, with both positive and negative elements.
Speaking at the Assembly media point, he expressed concern over the State's rising debt, stating that Telangana is burdened with liabilities running into several lakh crores, along with substantial pending dues not fully reflected in the Budget.
