Bhopal, May 18 -- The anticipatory bail application of Advocate Samarth Singh, husband of deceased Twisha Sharma (33) who allegedly committed suicide by hanging a few days ago, was rejected by a court in Bhopal today.
According to the police, Samarth remains untraceable after the incident. His mother, retired judge Giribala Singh, has been granted bail.
Twisha, who belonged to Noida, was found hanging on the terrace of her in-laws' house in Katara Hills locality of Bhopal on the night of 12 May.
Her family members have been alleging ever since that she was regularly being harassed over dowry, and was eventually 'murdered' by her husband and in-laws.
